We submitted a service request late saturday night when our a/c went out. I received a call first thing monday morning at 7:30a. Josh came out 30 minutes later and diagnosed our issue. A part was replaced and he had our a/c working again by 8:45a! We loved the promptness, honesty, and the customer service provided by Josh and Mechollage. Legit saved our Independence Day Wknd - a/c went out on the 3rd mid day, and the house was 87 inside by the time we got home. Called around 5pm and Darryl was at the house a few hours later. Been using BAJA since they started for basic repairs and maintenance and have always had a good experience. Finally bit the bullet a had my 22 year-old unit and ductwork replaced with a Trane gas/air. Brendan and his installers did a great job and were quick and clean. I just had a new Trane Heat Pump installed with all new duct work by BAJA Heating & Cooling. Owned by Brendan & James Albert (BAJA). They completed this entire project in one day and were meticulous on installation and clean up. The system was balanced for my particular house and is working better than any unit we have had.
