Mr. BachmanAnd his family are great. A/C went out. He came right over and gave us our options. They put in a new system and saved us 1000's by letting us pick the system we wanted and could afford. I can't say enough good things about Bachman, their service is outstanding. The person I spoke to on the phone was enthusiastic, easy to understand, and was able to get someone to my house very quickly. The two times I've used Bachman the service technician arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed my problem, and quoted me a fair price below the national average I found on google. The technicians Bachman sent out were friendly and left the area they worked in spotless. On my last service call they were even kind enough to not charge the emergency weekend rate when I had an electrical problem keep my furnace from starting and they even arrived within an hour of my phone call.

My mother had contractors inadvertently break her oil heater during a cold stretch. The heater was an older model that no longer had parts available to repair it. Bachman did a great job on the repair. He made 3 trips in the same day and had a part milled to fit the heater. He stayed late, went above and beyond what was required of him, and got the difficult job done and done right. You don't see service like this much anymore.

I have been a customer of W.F. Smith for over 20 years. They installed my first heating/a.c. system over 20 years ago. Recently, after all of this time, I realized I needed a new system. I have had a contract with them every year to service my unit twice per year. The gentleman that comes to my home every year is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He listens to all of my concerns and answers me very honestly. However, it was time to get a new system. With the winter coming in, I didn't want a problem in the dead of the winter and have no heat. The new heater/a.c. unit was installed on October 1st. The installers came early in the morning and worked so well together. The whole area was spotless when they finished. From Dave Smith, to maintenance, installers and staff I am so pleased. I would never consider using another company for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. They are the best.

I highly recommend W.F. Smith. We had several HVAC providers in to analyze our needs and provide proposals. W.F. Smith was the only one who truly listened to our issues and came up with the right solution for our needs. They were on-time, thorough and professional.
