We have used Smart Air for years and they have never let us down. Pete came out this last time (2.18.22) he called to say he would be earlier than our scheduled appointment time- which was great . He was professional and so knowledgeable about all the services we’d need. We had put off the inevitable for as long as possible and needed to get our a/c unit replaced. Some how talking to Pete about the new unit and it’s capabilities, the warranties etc. made the decision to purchase a new unit less painful. If all companies had employees like Pete, consumers wouldn’t feel so apprehensive about making big ticket purchases. His knowledge was reassuring. Jordan has done fabulous work for us. He installed a new central heating and air conditioning system that we are very happy with. He also installed a hybrid water heater when we needed access to more hot water for our walk-in tub. Jordan is very responsive whenever we call with any issues related to plumbing or AC. When I submitted contact request I anticipated having to wait up to a week for an appointment since it is a busy time of year. Not only did I get contacted within minutes, well after normal office hours, but they came out the next day to clean and inspect condenser unit. He did agree recent power blip did some damage to the condenser unit, hence the increase in noise, but it is still working for now and there was no hard sell tactic to try to get me to replace it right now. I appreciate their responsiveness and “no pressure to replace” approach, and they will be the company I call next time I need HVAC service or am wanting a new system to replace my ancient one.
