Thank you White Sands for going above and beyond to help repair my AC and coming back the following day when I had electrical issues. Scott and his team fixed my electrical problem in an effort to help me. The electrical issue turned out to be a bad GFI plug totally unrelated to anything they worked on. But Scott could tell not being able to get in and out of the garage was a big deal and sent someone to help. They are a great company to use with excellent customer service!!

AC went out and we called white sands as they are the company that installed it. They gave me a time they would be on site and they didn't disappoint. When the tech arrived he identified himself and the company, and immediately got to work. Ryan didn't miss a beat, had the system inspected and figured out the problem in no time. Took even less time for him to replace the part that went out and then he patiently waited in the heat to ensure all the readings came back correct. He even got the water hose and washed off the outside vents of the unit to ensure it was able to perform at full capacity. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and was able to answer all questions. This company will continue to have my business.

Wow! This is the best company around! Don't call anyone else! The amount of time and effort their technician put into fixing my furnace issues is remarkable and was incredibly well priced for the work they provided. They care about their customers and go above and beyond. Hobby was very polite and super helpful and resolved a furnace issue I've been having for months. He made sure we were taken care of. Two other companies failed to fix our problem and only provided temporary fixes and I paid more for that then I did for White Sands to correctly fix my issue. Don't call anyone else!

True professionals, this was a very enjoyable experience. Scott, Rob, Hobie, Ryan an Andrew did a great job. Team installed a new AC unit, both inside an out, everyone took the time to explain what they were doing an showed me how to use the equipment. I am very picky when it comes to contractors in my home an have no problem pointing something out if it’s wrong. White Sands gave me no reason to complain, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I can not say enough about this company. The owner took fantastic care of my family when I was deployed and moved his schedule around to make them a priority because the A/C was out. 2 years later, I call and said my UV lamp said it needed to be replaced. That was $150 service call set up. The day prior to the work being done, the owner called and asked me if the lamp was actually out. Turns out it was not, it was just a system generated notice. He said, "I can come out and replace your lamp and charge you $150. but there is no need if it is still working" So many other companies would have just taken the work, charged me and not thought twice about it. Today, 2 years later the technician showed on time to replace my bulb. He opened everything up and then told me that it was still working, I must have just missed it before, and asked if I still wanted the work done. By now the bulb was 4 plus years old so I asked him to go ahead since he was here. Then he replaced, at no charge to me, the float switch with a better one than they had 4 years go. Then he made suggestions on the temp/humidity settings but I was in a meeting so didn't have time to listen well or mess with the thermostat. So he changed them for me.

Advanced Air Conditioning did an excellent job of getting my AC unit up and running last night. He replaced the broken part I requested and then gave my unit a thorough inspection and cleaning which I didn't even ask for. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable I could tell right away that my family’s comfort was more important than money. The cost for my service was about a 1,000% less than their competitors so I'll definitely be using Advanced Air Conditioning in the future.

This review is late in the making but I wanted to make sure I gave my positive review to be considered when one is looking for air conditioning work. After evaluating glowing online reviews, we called Climatic about a slowly declining A.C. system. A tech came out but could not take a certain pertinent measurement because our coils were encased in a frozen block of ice. He asked us to turn off the system overnight to let it thaw out and he arranged to have a tech come out the next day to get the required measurements. The following day, a different tech (expected) came out and gave us the news we had a leak in the system. He gave us our options and arranged for one of their sales people to come out to estimate our options. He gave us our options in separate, but combinable sections of the proposal and we made a decision to replace both the outside unit and the coils. ( the coils were included anyway) The techs who came out to install the system were quiet, efficient and quick. All in all, our A.C. downtime was short over four visits from this company, and we are very happy with the work, equipment and people we dealt with. Climatic was responsive, patient and informative, professional and friendly. Every single person we dealt with. They arrived when they said they would. The techs cleaned up after themselves, and were very careful to not track anything into our home on their shoes. We are so very pleased to have made the decision to call and follow up with them. We would definitely call them again.

Very fast response time. My AC died on a very hot, humid Thurs afternoon and Danny came out within 2 hrs. Quickly assessed problem and made repairs. Half hr later AC was up and running again. Excellent service. Personable guy. Reasonable rates. Will use again.

Our AC went out on a Friday night in the dead heat of a Florida summer. We called Precision Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Inc first thing Saturday morning. They were here within 2 hours, were quick and efficient in gathering the right parts to fix the AC, and we had ice cold air blowing again soon after. I would highly recommend
