Galmiche came to check my furnace and a/c out 2 days ago, got bid yesterday, had new furnace and a/c installed today. The service at Galmiche if beyond amazing. I had quotes from a lot of different companies. Everyone from Martin-Jetco was very friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood everything important about the system they were installing. It helped that they were the lowest cost bidder – but they did amazing work and would be worth a premium if necessary for the next time. I couldn’t recommend working with Martin-Jetco more.

James, the technician, was excellent. As a newly single person who’s not had to do her own PM before, he patiently and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as he checked the filter flow, cleaned the AC unit and tested the air temp coming out of the vents. The appointment set up was quick and easy as I got on their schedule the same week I called. All around excellent experience for a fair price. I’ve already noted to used C&G going forward.
