I am so glad I came across George and his company. When my AC went out I called the warranty to come out and fix the problem. Warranty took one week to come out just to say it was a bad compressor and needed to get it approved by the warranty company before fixing the problem. Warranty denied the claim and decided to just pay out the old unit at a fraction of what it would cost to replace or fix the unit. The house is being occupied by my daughter and her beloved cats and as you know in AZ temperature it can be deadly in the peak of the heat in July. The house was nearing 100 degrees. When I called George I was anxious of the situation and his quick reaction was amazing. He was at a job and promised he would go that same day himself to see how he can help. True to his word that night he was there and managed to get the unit cooling. He said he would come back the next day to look at the unit and see what needs to be fixed. I was possibly facing having to replace the unit. George came back the next day as promised and he was able to fix the issue which did not even have anything to do with the compressor. I feel very blessed to have found an honest company that is more concern for the client then trying to take advantage of people who have no knowledge of AC units and rely on the experts.

There was a windstorm on Saturday night and a big tree in our backyard blew over and hit our roof and hit our AC unit which was brand new. Our AC unit stopped working, made a hole in the side coils and completely damaged the top fan so it wouldn’t spin. I called Saturday night and Dave was out first thing Saturday morning! He ordered the parts that we needed and did a difficult repair. While we waited, he offered to let us use a window unit to keep us cool. He answered all our questions and was upfront and honest. He showed up promptly and never late! He was such a kind, funny, knowledgeable guy! Glad that we did business with him!

My AC had been having issues for a few days and I couldn't get anyone to come out, and none were within less than a week for a visit could be done. They came out SAME DAY!
