WF Smith is excellent - they have done a fair bit of heating and air conditioning work for us (including replacing a system) and they are responsive, do good work, and their prices are fair. We highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of W.F. Smith for over 20 years. They installed my first heating/a.c. system over 20 years ago. Recently, after all of this time, I realized I needed a new system. I have had a contract with them every year to service my unit twice per year. The gentleman that comes to my home every year is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He listens to all of my concerns and answers me very honestly. However, it was time to get a new system. With the winter coming in, I didn't want a problem in the dead of the winter and have no heat. The new heater/a.c. unit was installed on October 1st. The installers came early in the morning and worked so well together. The whole area was spotless when they finished. From Dave Smith, to maintenance, installers and staff I am so pleased. I would never consider using another company for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. They are the best.

I highly recommend W.F. Smith. We had several HVAC providers in to analyze our needs and provide proposals. W.F. Smith was the only one who truly listened to our issues and came up with the right solution for our needs. They were on-time, thorough and professional. We are extremely pleased with the new system they installed for us. It has kept us comfortable through the winter's cold and this summer's heatwaves while lowering our utility bills. I'd say W.F. Smith is best in the Philadelphia area for HVAC services.

W.F.Smith delivers! From the original sales process to final installation the team was exceptionally professional and detailed in their work. The sales process was very transparent without any over selling - they provided choices with pro's and con's and supported my choices. The install team was very knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions. The were personally invested in the finished product function and look - you can see the detail in even the simplest of things. They stand behind the product and the installation without a doubt. Mike and John were here today to repair my central air and do a tune up of both that and the furnace. They got the air running smoothly and had the needed parts in the truck. They were efficient, thorough and communicated kindly and well. The price was very reasonable.

They don't seem interested in upselling us on anything we didn't need and actually talked me out of going with a more-expensive option for the AC since it wouldn't offer much benefit in my house. They've earned a customer for life with their work.

We are so thankful for BETHKE's timely service when our furnace broke in the middle of the night on a Saturday. The temperature outside was -1. Once the call was made to BETHKE, within an hour three space heaters were brought to our house and a new furnace was decided upon for Monday. Our house was back to normal by 1 pm Monday as if nothing had happened. It was truly an awesome display of customer service and professionalism. Called them for estimate on replacing existing central air. Dennis came out on a Wednesday morning, had an estimate before end of day, and my central air was replace that following Monday morning! Dennis and his crew were very efficient, everything installed and cleaned up after install. (you would have never known they were there.) They even took care of turning in the warranty information! The unit has been running for several weeks and it is absolutely great. Cools the house very well and the unit is so quiet it's hard to tell it's running. Very satisfied with price, service and install. Highly recommend!

My furnace went out and needed to be replaced last week. I had called another local company to come give me an estimate for either repairing replacing my furnace and the experience was less than stellar. I called High Tech to give me a second opinion and the tech that came out was great! We discussed exact issues and what it would take to fix and we both agreed replacing was the best option. After a quick phone call to the main office we scheduled a new furnace to be installed in a couple days and for a couple thousand dollars LESS than the local competitors. The guys that came to replace my furnace were in and out within a couple hours and now my family is sitting in a comfortable 70 degrees again! Thank you guys for the timeliness and for being up-front and not trying to sell a new unit to me before even looking into the issues. I would highly recommend calling High Tech for your heating and air conditioning needs. I'll definitely be calling them when I update my central air system!
