Our furnace stopped running on a Saturday night during a Steeler game. I never thought I would get anyone to respond. Patrick picked up and scheduled time the next day to come and take a look. I got his name from the Goodman page, which is our type of furnace hoping for someone with parts available. Pricing was fair for a weekend appointment and he was friendly. House is warm again. WF Smith is excellent - they have done a fair bit of heating and air conditioning work for us (including replacing a system) and they are responsive, do good work, and their prices are fair. We highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of W.F. Smith for over 20 years. They installed my first heating/a.c. system over 20 years ago. Recently, after all of this time, I realized I needed a new system. I have had a contract with them every year to service my unit twice per year. The gentleman that comes to my home every year is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He listens to all of my concerns and answers me very honestly. However, it was time to get a new system. With the winter coming in, I didn't want a problem in the dead of the winter and have no heat. The new heater/a.c. unit was installed on October 1st. The installers came early in the morning and worked so well together. The whole area was spotless when they finished. From Dave Smith, to maintenance, installers and staff I am so pleased. I would never consider using another company for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. They are the best.

I highly recommend W.F. Smith. We had several HVAC providers in to analyze our needs and provide proposals. W.F. Smith was the only one who truly listened to our issues and came up with the right solution for our needs. They were on-time, thorough and professional. If your looking for an air conditioning & heating company, this is your best bet! The central air broke down today in 95 degree weather & they got me in same day! Other company's I called wanted to charge me outrages prices in comparison to what I paid. It was so refreshing to deal with a service company that wasn't trying to rip me off like others I've had before, these guys are the real deal! What can be said about The crew at Air masters AC. hottest day of the summer, my central air went out last night. First company told me I had to replace the whole unit. $6300. 2nd call was to Air masters. He came out within an hour on one of the busiest days of his year. Came over and diagnosed my problem, I spent under $300 to fix. Also quoted me if needed to replace, it would be $5400, almost a $1000 less than first company quoted. Never again. Air masters will Always will be my first call for HVAC. My house is already starting to become cold again while writing this. I am so grateful. Thank you!
