Virginia Heating and Air was willing to work with us from afar (we now live in Atlanta). They agreed to perform all the upkeep and any repairs to the HVAC unit at our rental house in Northern Virginia, and billing us separately. Having used their services in the past, we know we got a good deal.

My a/c wasn’t blowing cool air and it was one of the hottest days so far this year. After calling several companies that weren’t able to get to me I called a friend who recommended I call Benchmark. They were out within a couple of hours and were able to fix the problem at a nominal price. I will definitely use them again should a need arise.

Contacted Benchmark Heating & Air conditioning for HVAC maintenance. Technician, Eric and another gentleman arrived at my residence promptly; assessed my thermostat, internal duct vents, outside HVAC unit; checked for freon and system leaks, etc. The entire process took approximately one hour. Was thoroughly impressed with the technician's HVAC expertise regarding my current unit; the wealth of knowledge about thermostat settings and controls, as well as the quality of the parts to purchase for my HVAC unit was very informative.
