He then stayed to insure his work and took multiple trips up and down from boiler room to thermostat to guarantee it was up to snuff. When you are in a panic and it’s off hours you fear a bit of a gouge price wise and much to my surprise Luis was exceedingly honest and reasonable. I thanked him profusely and we went about our lives. That’s the way things should work. Smart good people do what they do. They are honest. They get paid. Luis and xpress will be our go to HVAC service from now on. AAA+. I’m a real dude. Who else would say dude in a review

I called for service after hours and Luis arrived promptly and identified the issue. The valve which regulates gas entering the boiler failed. He was able to find a replacement and return an hour later when he was able to restore heat to the building. He was willing to work as late as was necessary to in order to get the job done, but it didn’t take long once he had the new part. Very professional and competent service.

I own a bar in Pellham Parkways/Morris Park, and used Juan to fix my gas heater. Even though there was a little confusion in communication, he still came through. He not only fixed my antique fan, but didnt change the price when he found out it would cost him more. Both times I called him; he arrived timely ...the same night (and fixed the problem quickly). My heater is very old, and was inherited with the space. Juan did everything he could to help me replace the fan (which had no information due to age). I highly recommend him for emergency needs, both commercial and residential.

Highly recommended!!! Amazing service! We are so happy with our new AC units. Right of the bat Susie was so kind and helpful in determining what type of AC we needed for our apartment. She was thorough and knowledgeable in advising size, unit and brand. She was also accommodative in getting the units installed ASAP (like the very next day). The woman I spoke with over the phone was very polite and friendly, and she squeezed me in for an air conditioner installation the next day. His focus was on client satisfaction, not on trying to maximize his profit. He came with Angelo to measure the windows, and it was Angelo and a colleague who arrived on time and did a clean installation of each unit, and worked to ensure the airflow directions were as required. North Pole Cooling Corp did a wonderful job installing my ac. For setting up the appointment, Jason was extremely prompt and flexible with working around my schedule to install the ac asap. We provided our own AC and Jason quoted me a price better/comparable to Home Depot’s independent contractors. While others make you buy the window bracket, they include it in their install price.
