Jordan was excellent. He came and assessed our AC and Heater and quoted us a fair price. He arrived on time and spoke to us throughout the job to keep us informed as to what he was doing. He even noticed some other issues that we needed to address (of which we will and have Jordan complete them). He did an amazing job on installing the mini-splits for air conditioning and heating, replaced a toilet, installed our kitchen sink, and added drain and supply lines for our washing machine in the basement. We have trusted Hurtis Heating since 2014. We were looking to replace our heating system of wood boiler/fuel oil. We had several estimates. First of all, they always came out when they said they would and gave us a competitive rate. They also worked with us on available credits to switch to propane. They had great ideas to fit our needs since we live in an old farm house converted to modern living space. They were professional, quick and clean. About 7 years later we had to call the emergency line when our furnace was not heating after returning from a trip. They were very responsive to get us heat in Feb. They are always responsive and a great service to work with.

The team from Forsburg Furnace replaced our old oil boiler with a propane-fired boiler in about 6 hrs, and removed our remaining oil and tank to donate to someone in need. What a blessing! Our old furnace was emitting carbon dioxide outside our home (thanks to the exhaust system) and had to be replaced immediately. Forsburg came almost immediately, switched the system to our heat pump, and replaced the furnace within three days. They were very friendly and accommodating.
