I used  Dad's Thermostat several times and each time he has been very professional, personable, and more affordable than others. Dad's Thermostat is trustworthy and dependable. The last few times I had emergencies he found time to squeeze me into his busy schedule (my Ac broke on a 106-degree day). Once the repairs were made he followed up to ensure the unit was working properly.

The first time my heating stopped working, I called this company who came and checked and said they will charge me $800, I happen to call Legend for second opinion, they came and checked and told me there was nothing wrong, one of the cable was loss and they fixed it for $50, I have never have an issue with my AC since. This people are honest and loyal. Oh as for the workers they are very sweet to work with. Love them especially Louis.

The name is fitting. I've had several companies look at my furnace issue, some to fix and some to give me an estimate to replace but Best was the only one to fix my issue and didn't even charge me. Turns out it was a minor adjustment or 2 and other then a noisy blower the furnace did not need to be replaced.I had been charged to service it two other times very recently and on both occasions was told that I needed to replace the whole system or at least the blower to make it heat properly. After Best left it was heating like it should and, even if they had charged me a service fee, I'll never call another company to address my heat and air needs again.
