Great service right from Jackie answering my call to Rory the technician! My appointment was from 2 to 4 but, Rory was here 2 hours early and that was very appropriate considering it was 83 degrees in my house! Rory explained the situation and what was needed for a fix! I highly recommend Scott from Patriot Air Conditioning!! Excellent customer service and the cost for the repair was very reasonable!! Scott arrived on time, the work he did on my unit was more than I expected; he told me it would take about 3 hours to install a new compressor in my A/C unit and he was done on time just as he told me.
