The guys went the extra mile hooking my system up. I am amazed with the fit and finish of the furnace and the professionalism of the crew. We met Howard O'Neill, the owner of Thermal Tech, in the fall of 2009 when we requested he provide a quote to replace our existing HVAC system. Owning more than one house and replacing the HV AC in those homes, we had already completed some research on equipment and were focusing on the Lennox brand. During the initial visit, we were impressed with Howard's "down to earth" approach and his desire to provide us with a system that would make our home more comfortable, be affordable, and save us money.

Bill Richardson and his crew had my shop setup for A/C in 1 day!!! He knew the exact unit the was right for my needs, no hidden costs, up front with everything. We had Canton heating and plumbing put in a water softener. They did a great job! They installed the new softener and took the old one with them. Which was awesome that I didn't have to haul it to the dump. Besides getting a new softener you couldn't even tell they were at the house...they left no mess behind and even took their shoes off every time they came in the house. They were very accommodating to my wants of a certain sink I didn't want hooked up to the softener. Our bill was also what they said the amount would be so we didn't have any surprises when we got the bill. All in all we are very pleased with Canton plumbing and will be recommending them to family and friend!

Canton Htg & Cooling installed a new Daikin furnace & heat pump system, plumbed and installed shower, sinks, new water pressure tank, and updated heating in our shop. I had an estimate on my furnace and one guy told me $500 to fix it.. So I called lowery res and they came out and it for 50 dollars!! It was great they also did my house water tank on a sat. For 91$ And it took him 3 hours he took his time to try to rebuild the pieces instead of just telling me I need a new one like everybody else did…they are fabulous!
