I had a couple different companies come out to give me an estimate on replacing one of my HVAC units for my downstairs. Hands down the best decision made having Carolina Comfort do the Job. What an outstanding customer service experience we had with this company! It was a 90 degree day and we had been gone all day. Came home at 9:00 to a 85 degree house. The HVAC company we had been using the last several years had just kind of disappeared off the face of the earth. We had heard really good things about Carolina Comfort, so I pulled up their Facebook page and it said “always open”. I hit “call now” expecting to get an answering machine to leave a message so hopefully we could get a call back the next day. Much to my surprise, Jason answered! After 6 years of wood stove heat and A/C window units, we finally made the decision to install a full HVAC system with attic venting and could not be happier. Griffin installed our Carrier heat pump 18+ years ago and maintained it 2x annually. They just installed the top of the line Carrier in our home.
