Dealing with a boiler or HVAC is everyone's worst nightmare but this is my third time with Saadeh of M and S. He takes all the anxiety and angst out of the situation. This service was recommended by the home warranty company. I already had 2 estimates, but chose Emmanuel because he was very responsive, always on time and appeared very knowledgeable and willing to find the best solution for my circumstances - home warranty was practically useless as it required to be on the contract for 6 months and to have documentation of prior heating system maintenance which I did not have as I purchased the home 5 months before.

Wasn’t sure how good this service would be since we hadn’t heard of them and they were sent by our home warranty company. We haven’t had the greatest luck with HVAC companies sent by our previous home warranty. Our technician Emanuel was great. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our AC and explained everything thoroughly. He was especially helpful in walking us through the maintenance of our system since we just bought our house. We would definitely use them again.
