Unreal service. Lance is the most honest technician I've ever worked with. I had a company come out who tried to charge me $400 for something Lance did for a fraction of the cost. Works amazing. I'm so happy I told the first company no and called Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. I've gone through a few of these companies here in Vegas and this is first to not take advantage of 107 degrees and a broken AC unit.

Lance from Absolute AC was quick to respond and fix my AC. He sold me a new AC for less then his competitors plus gave me a great warranty. I purchased a Trane and it works better then my previous AC. He also helped a friend of mine out on a minutes notice. It was a Saturday and he fixed her up for practically for nothing. Good guy. I was calling around for service or replacement on my HVAC system. Lance was the only one who offered to come out that night. It was after normal hours. He checked out the unit and explained the issue. He said the unit did not need to be replaced. He also checked our 2nd unit too. We asked him to come back in the morning and he did. Lance was very professional, friendly and honest. We expected the cost to be much higher that it was. We appreciate everything he did for us. I wanted you to know how much I appreciated the great work Marc performed at our facility. We are a research facility with very endangered salmon being raised. I had a chiller failure and other problems with our cooling tower. I placed an emergency call to American Chiller and Marc was dispatched. He worked with me for one very long night and a very long day to bring our vital equipment on line. He is very professional in both the task and personally. I thought I had the know how to change a heater/a-c thermostat. But when l encountered trouble I called Home Advisor and they in turn sent Lake City to my rescue. They arrived in an hour and Keith found the problem. Someone had re-wired the entire system heat and a/c incorrectly at the units in the attic. He straightened out the whole mess within a couple of hours. Now the system works when l want it to. This company was on time, clean & knowledgeable.
