This is the kind of service that gets referrals and future work. Mike was great to work with. He didn’t just come, do a visual inspection and try to sell something without even doing a serious diagnostic. Instead he took some things apart and really looked at the part(s) to evaluate its condition, properly diagnose the problem and then offer the options. Once we discussed the options, he went out to find the parts and came back for the repair. Didn’t only repair what we needed but went the extra mile to fix work that someone else hadn’t done right. That’s the kind of thing I do when I see something done wrong in my profession. I am too passionate about it and need to see it done right. Best Air HVAC came to the rescue Super responsive and easy to work with. We had issues heating our house. We needed someone to come out quickly and on a Saturday. Best Air HVAC came to the rescue. They were knowledgeable, on time, pulled apart the furnace and explained the issue. They then quickly fixed it on the spot for a fair price. They are also going to come back for some other repairs that I’ve had bids on from other companies. Again, you can’t beat the value. It’s going to be really cold over the next week. I’m so grateful I don’t have to worry about my furnace going out in the middle of the night again.

Our air conditioner broke at 9pm on a Saturday night - we were expecting house guests the next day and the temperature for the week was going to be in the high 90's.
