Most excellent. Truman worked on my system. Very good diagnostician. Completely checked my system because of some wiring issues. He identified multiple points of failure from the previous attempts (who shall forever be referred to as “those guys”). And replaced the board. He came over after a full new installation. My air condition was out and the temperature in my home was reaching 90 with a small child in the home and it was getting later and later in the evening. I was worried about not finding somebody to come out and fix my air conditioning. I called three other places prior and everyone was too busy or it was too late ... not for these guys! They were on it with one phone call without hesitation! I ended up saving almost 200 dollars. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It's companies like this that remind you there are good people left in this world and not everyone is all about the money and themselves but more for their customers and neighbors.

I can't say enough nice things about this family owned business. I have had 4 separate occasions (3 different AC units) in 2 different houses in which I've called Kurt's for AC repair and new install. They are very prompt and professional, and willing to help check into available warranty. Kurt's AC even provided us with a portable A/C unit to help keep our house cool until the repair was completed. I would recommend Kurt's A/C to anyone wanting a new AC install or repair.
