I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I can't say enough good things about Air Trust and their whole team. My HVAC system was getting old and I knew it was time for an update. Rather than waiting till it died on a very cold night, I decided to fix it before it became an emergency. I submitted a request online and was called back within 30 minutes. The were able to come out that same day and gave me a quote that was hard to beat. It was significantly less than a quote I got from one of the big boys that advertises on TV all the time. Who do you think pays for all those ads? You do, when you buy their overpriced system. Air Trust relies on word of mouth and referrals, and several neighbors highly recommended them. I'm glad I called them. You should absolutely give these guys your HVAC business. They were pros. They came when they said they would, did the job right the first time and cleaned up after themselves. I'm more than pleased with the service, professionalism and price. You can't beat 'em.

Our air conditioner unit stopped putting out cold air over the weekend. We called on Sunday morning and they were quick to get someone out to us and make a repair. We felt like it was a very good price for a weekend call. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Mark went above and beyond to find where my HVAC was still under warranty. I had one company come out and said my unit was out of warranty despite the fact I told them when I purchased it and when the unit was installed. Mark at Air Trust was prompt and explained to me about what was going on with the unit. Ultimately I was able to replace old unit with new unit. He also shared how to register the unit so parts would be covered for 10 years. No one has ever told me about registering my HVAC.I highly recommend Air Trust HVAC!!!!

My A/C went out upstairs at my house, they had someone out within an hour and the problem was promptly fixed. No games, no gimmicks, no taking advantage of someone who knows absolutely nothing HVAC related. I will send anyone and everyone to them when they have HVAC needs

My unit is covered under warranty, but since they switched to commercial only, they have refused to take my calls. My heat is not working well in Cleveland winter, so this has been exceedingly frustrating.

Clean Air LLC installed central air on the first floor of our historic home. Not only did they do a fantastic job locating the best places to put the units with the least amount of damage, but they were courteous and clean. The top of the line Mitsubishi units are quiet and fit in perfectly with our radiator system in our 104 year old historic. Ari, David and Ben were respectful and patient with a couple of surprises and efficient. Highly recommended.

Called this company and they responded immediately. They came to my house and diagnosed the problem. They had to made a run to pick-up the particular repair part. They did that right way. They came back to my house, installed the part and my furnace has operated perfectly ever since.The two repair men were friendly, efficient & competent. These guys are great! They installed my A/C condenser, as well as replaced a blower motor. The technicians were always on-time, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
