This is my go to HVAC company. They're on time and experienced. Pricing is good. I'm considering a duct sanitizing system from them to help with my respiratory issues. I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with this company! I bought a new HVAC system with installation. My house was built in the 70's so the placement of the vents are weird, and my ducts are somewhat smaller than todays so getting every room evenly cool … More was a challenge. They worked so hard to make me happy! They even came back out and installed another vent in a room that wasn't getting cool enough! They are always polite and easy to get hold of. A person answers every time and they are able to schedule on that call. I will recommend them with confidence. Trust is important and they know it!

Our AC died overnight Thursday. Caleb came out Friday, and sure enough it was time to replace the entire system. Two teams came back Monday with a new unit at noon and were gone by 6PM!! Very clean and professional! No mess! Absolutely the best HVAC experience we have had.

24 hour turn around from inquiry to install. Called four different companies in the area and Sweat beat the next lowest bidder's price by $100 and used American made parts. Ward Sweat answered my phone call at 9pm at night and was extremely helpful and willing to come look at my AC unit the very next morning (my AC situation did not warrant immediate that night looking at). I had called another AC repair man to come out before calling Home advisor and finding Ward, and this guy told me what HE THOUGHT was wrong and gave me a quote for an astronomical amount of money!! I just had a feeling that as a female, I was possibly being taken advantage of, so I decided to investigate matters myself. A friend recommended I check Home Advisor, and I did, they sent me to Ward Sweat! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!!! Ward, Robert and John were AMAZING!!! Ward came to my home the next day and spent 3 hours investigating what could be wrong with my AC unit other than what this other person told me it was...and WARD FOUND THE PROBLEM!!! It WASN'T what that man told me it was!!! The fix, however, was about the same, BUT Ward informed me that my AC unit was under warranty (when the other guy told me my warranty had expired) so the parts were free and I just had to pay Ward and his guys for their labor!! Most people told me, when I called around to the local AC companies that it would take anyone that knew what they were doing 3-3.5 hours to complete my job! Wards guys, Robert and John were here for 1.5 hours and completed the job!! Ward came by and checked on them while they were here, inspected their work, checked to make sure I was happy with everything and went on to his next job, I assume. Robert and John were absolutely the most professional and sweet young men. They were very clean and neat. They cleaned up everything and took ALL of their trash with them when they left. They did not dispose, not even a paper towel in my garbage can. I was so impressed with this business!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I will use them at my commercial properties in the future as well!! I highly recommend anyone with AC issues call WARD and anyone with an AC unit in their home, needs to call him and have him just come out and meet him and just say hello!! This man is True and honest and not out to take anyone's money!!! Very refreshing in today's world!!!

Great company! They advocated for us with the lower than dirt home warranty company and when they told us the repairs weren't covered, we were given factual info on our options. We were moved to first on the list for our new heat pump installation and they even threw in a new thermostat! Financing was pain free and we are finally comfy again!
