A young man named Zachary from ABC fixed my AC unit at my home today and I want you to know what a wonderful employee you have. He was on time, fixed it and didn’t overcharge and was as cordial and polite as you would want him to be. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution.

Shout out to Upchurch Heating & Air. Chris Upchurch and his dad responded quickly to my call Tuesday morning when my heater went out. It was so cold in the house. They fixed my heater quickly just in time for the cold weather! I just had an excellent experience with Halo Air & Home. Owner Mike and his son Tim were extremely professional with the installation of my 3 ton package unit. Mike came out to my house looked over the job and gave me a very competitive quote. Explained the warranties & his maintenance plan. Mike kept constant communication with me on scheduling, contract & payments. Halo was the 4th & last vendor to quote my job and by the time he left my house I knew I was going with him.
