I’ve gotta say Adam was very pleasant, kind and punctual. We had what we thought a steam boiler issue. After troubleshooting step by step he found out there was a block in the chimney after removing the vent. He recommended to have liner installed after block was cleared and we will be taking his advice. Keep up the world class service Adam. Master group is very lucky to have you.

This service was recommended by the home warranty company. I already had 2 estimates, but chose Emmanuel because he was very responsive, always on time and appeared very knowledgeable and willing to find the best solution for my circumstances - home warranty was practically useless as it required to be on the contract for 6 months and to have documentation of prior heating system maintenance which I did not have as I purchased the home 5 months before.

Wasn’t sure how good this service would be since we hadn’t heard of them and they were sent by our home warranty company. We haven’t had the greatest luck with HVAC companies sent by our previous home warranty. Our technician Emanuel was great. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our AC and explained everything thoroughly. He was especially helpful in walking us through the maintenance of our system since we just bought our house. We would definitely use them again.

The difference in Companies couldnt be more evident than what I experienced today. My 17- year-old water heater burst in the middle of the night, my son was able to shut the water off but to the whole house. I called 4 different Companies for prices and got a huge range, but more importantly the knowledge, politeness, professionalism of Merz ( Josiah) exceeded all the others, as well as having the best price. They even helped me get water to the house(without heating) for now while I wait to get my finances gathered. I will go to this Company any day of the week over others. Personality goes a very long way and you can tell when people talk down to you or try to get one over on you. I am currently waiting on financing and as soon as get it arranged I look forward having them install my new water heater.
