I have had the opportunity to get to know Arthur Dabrowski during the multiple times he came to my residence to service my air conditioning units this past year. Prior to the service at my apartment, he also did the maintenance on the units at my studio in Queens. He has worked building-wide, in addition to our apartment. He is prompt, diligent, and returned all of our phone calls and responded to our problems speedily and satisfactorily. I have been consistently impressed by his job performance.

Dealing with a boiler or HVAC is everyone's worst nightmare but this is my third time with Saadeh of M and S. He takes all the anxiety and angst out of the situation. Was told by another contractor that I was going to have to replace my system (heat pump) because they could not get to freon leak to make repair. Technician removed my A coil and was able to solder leak where it had rubbed on enclosure. They pressurized system and came back 2 days later and leak was repaired. Added freon and been working good since.
