His team showed up on time, did a great and quick job of the installation process for our full replacement of our HVAC system. They cleaned up after themselves when finished indoors, made sure our backyard gates were closed for our pets. Answered all of our questions and gave a run down on how the panel for the new system worked. Even gave us tips on how to save money on filters. Jim and crew did a great job at my store. They replaced an entire outside unit for one of our coolers when we had a compressor go out. We called them about 10AM, they came out and diagnosed the problem then went to get parts and had everything back up and running by 4PM the same day. I was shocked. They will be our go-to for HVAC related issues from now on.

I got a call from a tenant one night about his air going out. I couldn't get our regular maintenance crew to answer, so I called HeLo. Turns out that the breaker flipped and only needed to be turned back on. They could have charged me an arm and a leg to go out in the middle of the night like that but instead, they told me not to worry about it. - What an honest guy. Needless to say, HeLo does the maintenance work on all my rentals now.

Installed a new unit in my mobile home. Offered a great price and installed the new unit VERY fast. The new unit is so much quieter and cools/heats the house much better than the older unit. New A/C really makes a difference and these guys worked with me to accommodate my needs within an exceptional price range. I texted Casey on a Sunday after Hurricane Ida based on the excellent comments so many people have made on our community Facebook page. He not only responded (on a Sunday!) but he sent someone out the next day to check it out and I had a new unit installed by the end of the week. They guys were so professional and nice. Left everything clean and working great. Regarding price, I contacted a family member who has 30+ years in the industry and was told that the rate was comparable to his friends and family rate. Oh, and then Casey helped me with my insurance claim which had some hoops but he was great. Seriously- I recommend him whenever possible!!!
