Random googling at 3am while my apartment filled with water got me to David. He was there faster than he'd promised and stayed for hours getting everything in great shape. I can't say enough good things about Bachman, their service is outstanding. The person I spoke to on the phone was enthusiastic, easy to understand, and was able to get someone to my house very quickly. The two times I've used Bachman the service technician arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed my problem, and quoted me a fair price below the national average I found on google. The technicians Bachman sent out were friendly and left the area they worked in spotless. On my last service call they were even kind enough to not charge the emergency weekend rate when I had an electrical problem keep my furnace from starting and they even arrived within an hour of my phone call.

My mother had contractors inadvertently break her oil heater during a cold stretch. The heater was an older model that no longer had parts available to repair it. Bachman did a great job on the repair. He made 3 trips in the same day and had a part milled to fit the heater. He stayed late, went above and beyond what was required of him, and got the difficult job done and done right. You don't see service like this much anymore.
