My responsibilities consist of the maintenance of over seventy (70) City owned buildings. Some of these buildings have newer state of the art HVAC systems but most do not. It has been my experience in this time frame that no matter what problems have arisen pertaining to the HVAC systems no Company has compared to the service that I receive from Advance Air & Heat Co., Inc. Their dedication to service is outstanding. I have called upon numerous other companies for service calls and I seem to always have to wait 2-3 days for service. I can call upon Advance and they will have someone there in 2-3 hours. In my 4 ½ years as Superintendent, I have found no other Company that responds to the many problems that I have endured with the antiquated systems that the City has in some of their facilities. I am confident in recommending Advance Air and Heat Co., Inc. to anyone who has the need for highly qualified personnel to take care of their HVAC needs, whether it be new installation or the maintenance of existing units.

Advance Air & Heat, Inc. has been our contracted Boiler service vendor for many, many years and was also our HVAC vendor for a three-year period. We have found Advance to be an excellent company to deal with. They respond quickly when needed and the quality of work they provide is outstanding. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous to the employees, and considerate in that they always leave their work areas clean. I would like to take this time to express our thanks and appreciation for the hard work and effort that went into the repair work for RTU-1 Admin area rooftop unit. We would like to thank Mr. Mike McManus and Mr. Roger Lamy for their hard work and effort that went into this long process of numerous hours of troubleshooting and repair work. Just wanted to write a note to express our sincere thanks for the outstanding service you gave us this summer. Since we are an IT company, we have a server room that is critical to our business. All of this equipment requires a certain temperature to run efficiently and smoothly. If our equipment overheats, then 50 other businesses are affected as well. On one of the hottest days this summer, our air conditioning broke in our office building and our server room was exposed to tremendous heat. Despite what I’m sure was a high call volume day, you guys got to us very promptly and handled our service call with optimal professionalism. Your staff is always friendly and has a sense of urgency that is lacking in so many other companies. I’ve been working on building projects since the 1960’s in multiple states on the east coast. While I have worked with many successful companies, Advance Air stands out above all of them. Every person I have met from the receptionist, schedulers, both junior and senior level technicians have been extremely professional and have gone out of their way to provide above level of services. As we moved into a new facility for the State they brought an old system that had been abandoned back to life, having to hand document the wiring and controls as there were no prints or layout. They had to use ingenuity to provide for parts that were no longer available to purchase.

We had our AC go out on one of the hottest days of the year. We called as soon as they opened and they came out so quickly and offered us some loaner units to keep our babies and animals cool in the meantime. Matt was so helpful and fixed the problem quickly. He went above and beyond to help us and we will be using Stone Heating and Air to replace our unit when it’s time. They’ll be our first call in the future!

Once my refrigerator Samsung stopped working. I tried to find on Yelp company who works with them.It was hard to find repairmen that can service Samsung refrigerator apparently. I called up at least 7-8 places who couldn't do Samsung and eventually found Fuse. Fortunately company works late and technician was able to come the same day. Adam did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator which was not cooling. I liked the quick response, efficiency, customer service, price and application of their visit/diagnostic fee to the repair. Fuse HVAC installed a four-zone Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump system in my house on September 2020. The job took three days in sweltering heat! Boy was I happy to use the system for cooling when they finished! Now that it is 'winter' here in California, I'm using the system for heating and I really enjoy the zone control, energy efficiency, and quietness. No more dire

It was my pleasure to work with Des Crowley as an engineer on an unusual repurposing of a cold storage warehouse to a furniture store. Des was extremely helpful in surveying the building, establishing reasonable r-values for existing construction and working on the design of a suitable hvac system for the new use. He was able to take my schematic design to a design build spec with minimal assistance and the owner has been pleased with the installation and operation of this project. i would be most happy to work with Des again especially for his knowledge of current costs of hvac systems.
