I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. I had 2 A/Cs replaced, in a house in the city, with 2 condensers on the roof. It was a complicated job due to the removal of the old A/Cs. They did a really nice job installing the new A/Cs. The team put drop-cloths on the floors and stairs where they worked and cleaned up every day when before they left. They kept me informed of the status of the job everyday. Overall really nice job.

I highly recommend Forsburg Furnace. Joe drove to meet me through blizzard conditions to discuss a heat pump system for our house. He worked with me to design a great system that we could afford. And his crew came on the exact day and time they said they would, finished the job on time, and did an expert installation. The system is quiet and works really well.

Their furnacce went out on a Friday night and they called Forsburg and spoke with Joseph Mann and he was able to walk Mike through keeping the furnace going until they could come out and install a new furnace. Our old furnace was emitting carbon dioxide outside our home (thanks to the exhaust system) and had to be replaced immediately. Forsburg came almost immediately, switched the system to our heat pump, and replaced the furnace within three days. They were very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with our new Carrier furnace and easy to use thermostat.
