I have been a customer of W.F. Smith for over 20 years. They installed my first heating/a.c. system over 20 years ago. Recently, after all of this time, I realized I needed a new system. I have had a contract with them every year to service my unit twice per year. The gentleman that comes to my home every year is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He listens to all of my concerns and answers me very honestly. However, it was time to get a new system. With the winter coming in, I didn't want a problem in the dead of the winter and have no heat. The new heater/a.c. unit was installed on October 1st. The installers came early in the morning and worked so well together. The whole area was spotless when they finished. From Dave Smith, to maintenance, installers and staff I am so pleased. I would never consider using another company for any of my heating or air conditioning needs. They are the best.

I highly recommend W.F. Smith. We had several HVAC providers in to analyze our needs and provide proposals. W.F. Smith was the only one who truly listened to our issues and came up with the right solution for our needs. They were on-time, thorough and professional. The team from Forsburg Furnace replaced our old oil boiler with a propane-fired boiler in about 6 hrs, and removed our remaining oil and tank to donate to someone in need. What a blessing! Our old furnace was emitting carbon dioxide outside our home (thanks to the exhaust system) and had to be replaced immediately. Forsburg came almost immediately, switched the system to our heat pump, and replaced the furnace within three days. They were very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with our new Carrier furnace and easy to use thermostat.
