Had a new Trane AC installed today by Rob and Jon at Sweat Cool Air Condition & Heating, and I just wanted to say what a WONDERFUL job they did !!! They showed up at my house right on time and got straight to work. they were friendly and professional and they took great care of cleaning up when they were done with their work! Ward Sweat (owner) came by to check in to make sure eveyrone was happy.

24 hour turn around from inquiry to install. Called four different companies in the area and Sweat beat the next lowest bidder's price by $100 and used American made parts. Great install by Robert, and good, friendly customer service, appraisal, and support by Ward, the owner. All around a great experience. Good people and quality work at a better than fair price. Would recommend for all AC needs.

Ward Sweat answered my phone call at 9pm at night and was extremely helpful and willing to come look at my AC unit the very next morning (my AC situation did not warrant immediate that night looking at). I had called another AC repair man to come out before calling Home advisor and finding Ward, and this guy told me what HE THOUGHT was wrong and gave me a quote for an astronomical amount of money!! I just had a feeling that as a female, I was possibly being taken advantage of, so I decided to investigate matters myself. A friend recommended I check Home Advisor, and I did, they sent me to Ward Sweat! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!!! Ward, Robert and John were AMAZING!!! Ward came to my home the next day and spent 3 hours investigating what could be wrong with my AC unit other than what this other person told me it was...and WARD FOUND THE PROBLEM!!! It WASN'T what that man told me it was!!! The fix, however, was about the same, BUT Ward informed me that my AC unit was under warranty (when the other guy told me my warranty had expired) so the parts were free and I just had to pay Ward and his guys for their labor!! Most people told me, when I called around to the local AC companies that it would take anyone that knew what they were doing 3-3.5 hours to complete my job! Wards guys, Robert and John were here for 1.5 hours and completed the job!! Ward came by and checked on them while they were here, inspected their work, checked to make sure I was happy with everything and went on to his next job, I assume. Robert and John were absolutely the most professional and sweet young men. They were very clean and neat. They cleaned up everything and took ALL of their trash with them when they left. They did not dispose, not even a paper towel in my garbage can. I was so impressed with this business!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I will use them at my commercial properties in the future as well!! I highly recommend anyone with AC issues call WARD and anyone with an AC unit in their home, needs to call him and have him just come out and meet him and just say hello!! This man is True and honest and not out to take anyone's money!!! Very refreshing in today's world!!!

I've been in the 256 for many years. I've used a lot of companies and always dreaded the call to an HVAC business. I mean seriously you almost want to hold your breath. Long story still long, our unit went out. Russell from Maximum Comfort came within an hour of my call. He was HONEST on how things would go. We could of tried a new compressor but seriously this was a builders grade unit and it really needed to be replaced. Our bills were astronomical because the unit was too small for our house anyway. We shopped around and Russell gave us the best price. He and his guys came out 2 days before I expected them. They were kind and knowledgeable. I felt super comfortable just letting them do their thing. Spending money on a new HVAC stinks but they did not over sell me. I got a quality unit at a GREAT price. I hope to see them out and about. Really good guys. I highly recommend Maxium Comfort. If you're going to spend that money make sure it's with someone who takes the time to explain it all to you. Kudos guys. Customer for life!

Parker responded to our initial call within an hour and was on site to quote the following morning, which was the day after a holiday weekend. He never tried to over sell, and offered, by far, the best quote we received from three different HVAC Companies. Parker had a new unit and crew, Ben & Michael, at our place in no time. I cannot say enough good things about all three of them, they are awesome. Nothing but the utmost professional and courteous customer service, all of them are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and meticulous! I would say that in all of our years in Alabama, we have never received better service from Heating and Cooling professionals. You would never know that we had a crew on our property doing all that work in one day, as they left it better than they found it. We highly recommend Maximum Comfort Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of repair, new installation or routine service. This is the fourth company we have used at our home over the past few decades and we can honestly rate them as the best in North Alabama!
