First let me say that Red Rock Mechanical fell nothing short of excellent! I was informed well in advance of each visit to install, The Men they sent offered excellent advice and knowledge, The install was done with pride and quality! Now as far as the performance of the equipment. I am completely satisfied ! It's quiet, It performs excellent and we really don't even know it exists in our little world here! I thought I'd let you know it the Cold climate heat pump lives up to it's name. We've had a lot of subzero weather this year and even had another 23 below this morning and our house is still nice and toasty. It's amazing. Who would have thought that cold subzero air could heat your house? It's such a warm heat too, it just sort of envelopes you in heat instead of blasting it on you periodically like our baseboard heat did. Thank you and Red Rock Mechanical!

I wanted to drop you a note to say how well satisfied I was with the installation that Cory and Derrick performed on my new Trane XV95 Furnace with the Variable-Speed motor and Comfort-R along with the Aprilaire attachment for air cleaning.Cory was very helpful in explaining the new thermostat and the furnace's operations. He and Derrick did a super job of removing the old furnace and all the modifications of the air intake and exhaust along with cleaning up along with all the work of installing the furnace. They both were very professional and I'm very pleased with the furnace. The 97% efficiency will be helpful on the gas bills and I sense that Doug with your suggestions I have made a very good investment and appreciate your guiding me to a furnace that fits my needs.
