I got the Batey Brothers number from my Son and called them. Having never before talked to us, Mr. Jeremy Batey promptly answered his phone asking how he could help us. He took his time talking to me and my husband. He was busy late that evening at a job site but said he could come out the next morning at 8 am Sunday. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He had us fixed up in no time. We will be calling them in the future for every air conditioning repair that may be needed. Very nice and helpful.

Came home on a muggy hot Saturday afternoon to a non-working upstairs unit. Travis Batey immediately answered my call and quickly set me up for a service visit on a Sunday. Jeremy Batey was here first thing Sunday morning and after about 45 min had us back in cool air. Even set me up on a maintenance plan to keep this from happening again hopefully. Great company! They advocated for us with the lower than dirt home warranty company and when they told us the repairs weren't covered, we were given factual info on our options.
