HVAC Companies New Gloucester

I loved working with Balanced Energy Solutions. We started working with them on a simple job of blown in insulation and weather proofing an older house. Then we found ourselves looking to remodel a few years later and could think of no one that we were more excited to work with on our job. Gregg's team was professional and really worked hard to understand what we wanted, then came up with some very creative uses of space for our home. We couldn't have imagined the home we have now before we started with his team.

Gregg Robinson was a joy to work with! He was so professional, so kind, and so prompt with getting my insulation job done. His team added insulation to my inside walls in order to cut down on the noise transmission around the bedrooms. Gregg and his team worked on my house last summer. I own a 1924 house with a remodeled attic, who was fairy cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. The roof started leaking the previous winter, so I was looking to tear down the roof and re-insulate the attic. They replaced the old fiberglass insulation with cell foam boards, blew in new insulation in the unfinished portions of the attic, re-routed the kitchen vent pipe, and install a bathroom fan and new lighting. The work was done very quickly, everybody was professional from start to finish, and the new insulation and roof ventilation is working out great. It is still warm like Gregg predicted, but it cools down really fast and it is not a furnace anymore! Gregg and his team are very honest, prompt, and they did a fantastic job. I would gladly call on them again.

We hired Balanced Energy Solutions to insulate the uninsulated parts of our house. Prior to giving a quote, Gregg worked with me personally to review every room, to check for existing insulation and also to check for knob-and-tube wiring. He provided a detailed quote that addressed a half-dozen different insulation issues in the house, priced individually, and he was willing to take on as many of those as we wanted. Great communication and easy to work with. His team was punctual and did neat work.

Recently I hired Gregg and his team for insulation and duct sealing work, and they did an AMAZING job! I always get a few bids for any work I do and am so happy we went with BES!Scope of the work included (but not limited to) sealing and insulating duct work, repairing compromised ducting in crawlspace, venting my kitchen fan to a roof vent, insulating water pipes, insulating the attic to R49 blown in fiberglass, installing R30 batts in crawl ceiling and installing vapor barrier in the crawlspace. My 1959 home was not weatherized very well before his team started the work and we can definitely tell a difference now that everything is done. Gregg and the entire crew were very easy to work with, very professional and respectful of our home, easy to communicate with even going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to meet our expectations! I am so impressed that I am considering them for other contracting work needed around my house. I would highly recommend Balanced Energy Solutions!

Bryan Patterson came to our home to give us an estimate for some electrical needs. I will 100% call these guys again! They were SO easy to work with. I could schedule online! I hate making lots of phone calls, so that was honestly what drew me to the company first. But it just kept being easy. They sent Braden out to check out my system and seriously he checked EVERYTHING. All of the parts of the AC, the vents and the pressure, everything! Replacing a whole house heating system can be daunting and expensive. We needed a complete removal and replacement of a dated heating system and also wanted cooling capacity, in a modular home that we were remodeling. This company has an HVAC professional with extensive HVAC experience, both residential and commercial, having worked for and with several well-established companies and came highly recommended Our project was professionally completed on time and budget. The system has been up and running for three years with no problems and keeps our home perfectly warm in the cooler weather and when needed cool in the summer months! We have this company perform a yearly system check just in case and they have yet to find any issues that need addressing. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
