Our owner has been heavily involved in the IAQ side of the business for over 20 years. Healthy air is a must and we strive to help you breathe easier in your home. Our Approach We harken back to the days where you say what you do and do what you say. We believe everyone deserves to be comfortable in their homes and that is our goal on every call. Our Story In the spring of 2006 our Owner Scott was at a crossroads in his dream career. He had obtained most of his goals and was manager of one of the largest HVAC companies in the midwest by all accounts he had made it. BUT...... His American Dream as it is for many was to own his own business like his father before him and his grandfather before him. So Scott took the big leap and gave up the safe and secure life and cushy office and go it alone back to field where he was truly happy. Slowly but surely through hard work and friendly nature he built a following and began living his dream. Going old school through word of mouth Scott built the foundation we have today where the customer satisfaction and fair pricing rule the days. Fast forward to today our small customer friendly company supports several families full of great people.

What is a ductless mini-split system?

A ductless mini-split system is a type of HVAC system that doesn't require ductwork. It consists of an outdoor unit (compressor/condenser) and one or more indoor units (air handlers) connected by refrigerant lines and electrical wiring. Each indoor unit cools or heats a specific zone or room, providing individual temperature control. Ductless mini-splits are more energy-efficient than traditional ducted systems and are a good option for homes without existing ductwork.

What type of HVAC system is best for my home?

The best HVAC system for your home depends on several factors, including your:
  • Climate: Heat pumps are generally more efficient in moderate climates, while furnaces are better for colder regions.
  • Budget: The upfront cost of different systems can vary significantly.
  • Energy Efficiency Goals: Higher-efficiency systems are usually more expensive upfront but result in lower energy bills over time.
  • Home Size and Layout: The square footage and layout of your home affect the system's capacity and ductwork requirements.
  • Existing Ductwork: If you have existing ductwork, you'll need a system compatible with it.
A qualified HVAC contractor can assess your needs and recommend the best heating and cooling system for your property.

What are the benefits of a programmable thermostat?

A programmable thermostat allows you to schedule temperature changes throughout the day, lowering your utility bills when you are not at home. Programmable thermostats can make managing your HVAC system easier and more efficient.
