Tom had one of his guys out that afternoon to figure out what was really needed. When that was figured out, we were given all the information to decide if a new unit was needed or if a part would do. They came out the next day and finished the project, so we will all be sleeping comfortably tonight! I haven't received our bill yet, but they were upfront with the labor rate and cost of equipment needed. They were able to fix the problem. We were very pleased with their service. We haven't received the bill yet but I believe they will be fair based on past experience.
