He then stayed to insure his work and took multiple trips up and down from boiler room to thermostat to guarantee it was up to snuff. When you are in a panic and it’s off hours you fear a bit of a gouge price wise and much to my surprise Luis was exceedingly honest and reasonable. The valve which regulates gas entering the boiler failed. He was able to find a replacement and return an hour later when he was able to restore heat to the building. He was willing to work as late as was necessary to in order to get the job done, but it didn’t take long once he had the new part. Very professional and competent service.
