"Steve at Hesse AC and Heat was referred to me by a good friend. I was being given a run around by my Home warranty and AC repair contractor. Steve spent time with me on the phone, free of charge for some initial diagnosis. He was very patient and asked me the right questions to understand symptoms.  His diagnosis was spot on. When I signed him up, he did come in for an diagnosis and confirmed the issue. Peak of the summer, he was able to get his crew in to have my AC coil replaced within a couple of days.
