We called Quality Service Company on Thursday morning to schedule an appointment to have a plumber come out as our garbage disposal quit working. We were told that Clyde would see us the next morning. Clyde came out first thing Friday morning, diagnosed the problem, and put a New Insinkerator garbage disposal in!! Clyde did a great job, has a very good and professional attitude, and I would strongly recommend him and Quality Service Company for your plumbing issues!!”

Five months ago, we had a new installation of two heat pumps. During the recent cold snap, the thermostat registered "auxiliary heat." Mr. Cook visited, problem-solved, and charged nothing. A day later, we discovered the problem was the old thermostat. He was there immediately with a new one and promised that if this wasn't the solution, he would refund the equipment and the service call. How's that for customer service?! Thanks, Precision!
