My technician was Doug. I had an emergency plumbing issue and he came right out and worked diligently until the issue was fixed! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Had a leak appear by the back door. Called Clark heating and air conditioning, left a message and within five minutes had Jeremy call me back. He was out at my house within twenty minutes which was very quick. He quickly found the problem which was the ac stack, he removed the clog quickly. I was afraid it was going to be something more serious but thankfully it was simple. Awesome service and will be my go to company for a/c and plumbing. Jeremy was very professional and did a wonderful job.

Great experience with this company. I called Tuesday morning about my pilot light no longer working in the water heater, and Doug and Jeremy came out that afternoon. They were quick and efficient and made sure they explained what was going on and what could be done. Sadly, I needed an entire new unit, which required an electrician. Clark’s set that up as well, and I didn’t have to make any calls to get it done.

Was awoken to water pouring out of hot water heater in the hall and scrambled to find water shut off, got the water off and called Clark. Doug and Jeremy were here in under five minutes. Amazing!!! After a quick inspection they ascertained it was a ‘thermal unit’ and had us back to hot water in under 30 minutes! I sincerely and highly recommend Clark and specifically these two gentleman. Peyton and Lauren are running a great family business. My HVAC went out during the lowest temperatures Huntsville has ever seen. Peyton came out and not only was he professional he was expedient, which is what you can only hope for when it's freezing cold out. He installed a brand new unit and totally cleaned up after his work; and he did not destroy any of my landscaping or bushes. I am very happy with his workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend his company for any HVAC needs. Thank you Peyton because it was really cold out.

This Trane 3 ton heat pump package unit is so quiet I can't believe it. I can stand directly next to it and carry on a phone conversation. I am happy I spent the extra money on a Trane. Jason and Pam were easy to work with and communication was excellent. Installation was timely and went smoothly. They even went a bit outside their service area for this job, at no extra cost. Their price was right on target for the job, based upon what I read on the internet. It felt good doing business with them.

5 stars here to Mike and his crew. The real test of service is when there is an issue. We had an issue shortly after the install of a Trane mini split system. As with most "issues", it wasn't but a short service call to resolve. This company is always prompt and very intent on getting things right. I would definitely recommend Montgomery Heating & Aire.

24 hour turn around from inquiry to install. Called four different companies in the area and Sweat beat the next lowest bidder's price by $100 and used American made parts. Great install by Robert, and good, friendly customer service, appraisal, and support by Ward, the owner. All around a great experience. Good people and quality work at a better than fair price. Ward Sweat answered my phone call at 9pm at night and was extremely helpful and willing to come look at my AC unit the very next morning (my AC situation did not warrant immediate that night looking at). I had called another AC repair man to come out before calling Home advisor and finding Ward, and this guy told me what HE THOUGHT was wrong and gave me a quote for an astronomical amount of money!! I just had a feeling that as a female, I was possibly being taken advantage of, so I decided to investigate matters myself. A friend recommended I check Home Advisor, and I did, they sent me to Ward Sweat! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!!! Ward, Robert and John were AMAZING!!! Ward came to my home the next day and spent 3 hours investigating what could be wrong with my AC unit other than what this other person told me it was...and WARD FOUND THE PROBLEM!!! It WASN'T what that man told me it was!!! The fix, however, was about the same, BUT Ward informed me that my AC unit was under warranty (when the other guy told me my warranty had expired) so the parts were free and I just had to pay Ward and his guys for their labor!! Most people told me, when I called around to the local AC companies that it would take anyone that knew what they were doing 3-3.5 hours to complete my job! Wards guys, Robert and John were here for 1.5 hours and completed the job!! Ward came by and checked on them while they were here, inspected their work, checked to make sure I was happy with everything and went on to his next job, I assume. Robert and John were absolutely the most professional and sweet young men. They were very clean and neat. They cleaned up everything and took ALL of their trash with them when they left. They did not dispose, not even a paper towel in my garbage can. I was so impressed with this business!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I will use them at my commercial properties in the future as well!! I highly recommend anyone with AC issues call WARD and anyone with an AC unit in their home, needs to call him and have him just come out and meet him and just say hello!! This man is True and honest and not out to take anyone's money!!! Very refreshing in today's world!!!
