Last year, we had an issue with our upstairs condenser fan motor that MJ quickly was able to troubleshoot as the issue and it was amazing because it was very hot. This year, thought the same happened to our downstair's zone and was ready to pay roughly the same but MJ did it again and expertly figured out it was a bad capacitor within the outside unit. In and out within 1 hour. Fast response time from when we contacted him, showed up exactly when he said he was going to be there and done. Very. pragmatic, resourceful, thoughtful and never oversells. Highly recommend.

My AC went down on Thanksgiving Night. Someone was out Friday morning to diagnose the problem to repair. The part was ordered and they were back on Saturday to install the new coils and repair the filter on the outside unit! Very Professional and honest work! I highly recommend them for your AC needs!

Soon after buying Cape Coral house AC condenser literally caught on fire and needed to be replaced. Precision installed a new system but then I had ongoing humidity issues, so Joey agreed to swap out that system for a lesser-sized one. They were not satisfied until me the customer was fully satisfied. Highly recommended.
