Unreal service. Lance is the most honest technician I've ever worked with. I had a company come out who tried to charge me $400 for something Lance did for a fraction of the cost. Works amazing. I'm so happy I told the first company no and called Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. I've gone through a few of these companies here in Vegas and this is first to not take advantage of 107 degrees and a broken AC unit.

Lance from Absolute AC was quick to respond and fix my AC. He sold me a new AC for less then his competitors plus gave me a great warranty. I purchased a Trane and it works better then my previous AC. He also helped a friend of mine out on a minutes notice. It was a Saturday and he fixed her up for practically for nothing. Good guy. Lance come to my house after hours for me because I had to work late he looked at my ac said it was the motor he already had a motor in the truck it took like 30 minutes My air-conditioner Was back on running like new last year I had the place that’s hard to spell come out and fix my air and they did but cost me a fortune absolutely air-conditioning and heating was a fraction of the cost I hope I don’t need to see Lance/ anytime soon but if I do he’s the only one I will call

I was calling around for service or replacement on my HVAC system. Lance was the only one who offered to come out that night. It was after normal hours. He checked out the unit and explained the issue. He said the unit did not need to be replaced. He also checked our 2nd unit too. We asked him to come back in the morning and he did. Lance was very professional, friendly and honest. We expected the cost to be much higher that it was. We appreciate everything he did for us. There are so many wonderful things I want to say about Michael Griffiths. I have had the pleasure of having my AC unit fixed by him for many years. No matter what the problem is, it always got fixed, but one story I would share… "one afternoon after coming home from work in the hot summer and I walked in, and my AC was blowing hot air. I called Michael and explained…. how hot the house was, and I asked how early the following day could he make it. His response was" I don't want your daughter to sleep in that heat tonight so I am on my way".
