James, the technician, was excellent. As a newly single person who’s not had to do her own PM before, he patiently and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as he checked the filter flow, cleaned the AC unit and tested the air temp coming out of the vents. The appointment set up was quick and easy as I got on their schedule the same week I called. All around excellent experience for a fair price. I’ve already noted to used C&G going forward.
