Noah and Dom came out today to install a new 4 ton Daikon AC unit plus furnace. They were on time, polite, efficient and professional . They cleaned up any mess they created and gave me an in depth run through of both new systems. They set up the new thermostat as well and showed me how to use it. I have their maintenance plan and they will check on my system periodically. The system came with a 12 year warranty , parts and labor etc. We also got a great deal by buying during slow season! The furnace was free as part of their February special. We have used other maintenance companies in the past, and this one is by far our favorite! If you’re on the fence about a company to use, call this one. They may be a big name, but they feel like a smaller more personal company. We have the same technician for our inspections , his name is Jay! He’s awesome , never pressured me and treated me like a customer should be treated. Nick is responsive, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and very reliable. He came out on Sunday and also on Monday, Labor Day to assist with an AC unit that had stopped blowing cold air. He worked the problem in steps, trying to isolate the failed components one at a time rather than jumping to the easy conclusion of proposing to install a new AC unit altogether. He brought the AC back to life and followed up over the course of several days to ensure it was still working satisfactorily before sending his invoice. A true professional that is very rare to find.
