In May, the Hinding Company installed our new furnace and A/C. We are more than happy with the job that they did. Everything was great- from the first phone call that we had with them to set up an appointment so we could get an estimate to doing all the necessary paperwork after the work was done so that we could receive all the rebates and warranties that we were told about. They have a very friendly customer service. Brian, their sales representative, is very knowledgeable about the furnace and A/C business. He did not try to get us to buy a product that we did not feel comfortable with, but worked with us to find a product that we wanted. He was willing to answer as many questions as we had (and we did have a lot of them). Two guys who installed the furnace and A/C came on time, completed the job in less time that we expected and cleaned everything before they left. We know that we will continue to do business with Hinding Company. We highly recommend them.
