I unfortunately had my AC stop working Sunday at 4pm. I called the emergency line and was able to connect to Wes right away. I was automatically sent a text with his eta and a picture of the tech so I knew who to expect. He was at my house in 15 minutes. After a thorough diagnosis he was able to find the problem. He fixed it and cleaned my AC unit all in the matter of an hour. Considering it was Sunday afternoon the price was very fair and a deal considering the service I received. I work trade contracting as well and can speak from experience that this was high caliber service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their AC.

I bought my house a year ago, and the AC guy that came along with my house, was nonresponsive and a one-man show. I called it a 24 hour service and didn’t know what I was getting into. But I have to say it was excellent customer service. I decided I to replace my unit and they did it the next day, along with cleaning my ducts and making sure that my house was cool by the time I came home from work. I highly recommend this company.

When everyone says they are 24 hour Emergeny repair, and yet only one company in 40 that I called actually come out on Sunday night at 10 pm. Needed instant repair due to an edlerly living in the house who is fighting for his life. They understood and showed up with 20 minutes of me calling them. I went thru the google list, called 40 companies, the two guys that showed up were great. They looked at both of my units, one I fixed prior to them getting here, but the other they added frion and went ahead purchased a new system with them. Whoever showed up was going to get my business. These guys went above and beyond, working overtime is one thing, but they were compassionate, would not leave until we cooled off a bit. 10 year warranty on new system and the coastal package....can't wait of the install. Excellent and quick service! Lavelle helped my elderly mother today by cleaning out her A/C ducts and adding freon — her system wasn’t working to cool. Their price was the best, given I am usually over charged for living in a nice area, but I work hard for my $$, so I’m even more happy!One thing I would change is the delivery of their estimate. Didn’t hear from them in three week, when I called the office the estimate had arrived nearly two weeks earlier but it was never sent, nor was I ever reached / followed through. However, I am happy I did! They installed almost immediately once I accepted the bid. I'm impressed! I chose Advance Cool Air when I read positive customer comments on Thumbtack. I called last week and scheduled an appointment for this Monday. The technicians arrived on time and examined each of our 8 units, some on the roof, others in our dropped ceiling. They reported back to their home office and I received a fair and reasonable bid the same day. I clicked the acceptance button and they literally showed up the next day (Tuesday) to service the units. They completed 3 inside units and will complete the roof units tomorrow morning. The clarity and honesty of the lead tech, Richard, is appreciated so I feel confident they will complete the entire project while educating me on the status of our system. Then, we'll plan a routine schedule to see to it the system's are maintained.

BEST HVAC company in town...King Cooling and Heating came out the same day and fixed my AC within 30 minutes!!! I called King Cooling and Heating at 12:30 pm. The owner called me back directly and said he could get a technician out within 2 hours. They arrived at 2:00 pm and my AC was fixed at 2:30 pm!!! Jesse and Alan were both respectful and honest. They took the time to show me what was wrong, explain how they were going to fix it, and showed me the work after the repair. Ivan showed me the pressure gauge after the refrigerant was replaced to ensure me the there was no more leaking.
