HVAC Companies West Seneca

Our 25 year old central AC was on its last legs. I called over 7 companies and none returned my call. I understand that this is a very busy time of the year and the heat wave we have. But lousy customer service for not contacting me. The last one I called was Prim Heating and AC in Syracuse, NY. One of the owners, Duane, came to our house and inspected the unit, the air handler and the duct-work. He pointed out some of the failings of the installation. Then, he closed off a large open duct and actually put my box fan on top of the compressor facing upwards to assist the compressor fan to remove the heat. The AC fan turned faster and the heat escaping was huge. Our house cooled down just with those two things he did. He wrote up the estimate, the mileage charge (45 each way) and gave us a date for the new install. Very pleased.

Highly recommended!!! Amazing service! We are so happy with our new AC units. Right of the bat Susie was so kind and helpful in determining what type of AC we needed for our apartment. She was thorough and knowledgeable in advising size, unit and brand. She was also accommodative in getting the units installed ASAP (like the very next day). From beginning to end, I had a great experience with North Pole Cooling Corp. They are licensed to install air conditioners safely in NYC and my apartment building recommended them. The woman I spoke with over the phone was very polite and friendly, and she squeezed me in for an air conditioner installation the next day. Highly recommended. Honest and first rate. Jason’s Friedrich window air conditioner recommendations were exactly right for form and function. His focus was on client satisfaction, not on trying to maximize his profit. He came with Angelo to measure the windows, and it was Angelo and a colleague who arrived on time and did a clean installation of each unit, and worked to ensure the airflow directions were as required. North Pole Cooling Corp did a wonderful job installing my ac. For setting up the appointment, Jason was extremely prompt and flexible with working around my schedule to install the ac asap. We provided our own AC and Jason quoted me a price better/comparable to Home Depot’s independent contractors. While others make you buy the window bracket, they include it in their install price.

Our building has been using Panda's services for yeras because they are the best. I have dealt with about 6 HVAC companies in the past year because of problems with my CAC. Panda replaced my entire HVAC unit. They offered the best quote, the best quality of work, the most accurate advice, the exact unit I chose. They did extra work like replacing the floor in my machine room, removing and reinstalling the boiler, which other companies refused. Marek rerouted my gas pipes, installed a pump and redesigned the arrangements in my boiler room. Really, it would take 2 pages to describe how much better they are than the competition. No one, absolutely no one has the skills Marek has. Most of the others are hacks and thieves.

Best HVAC Company...I should know as I call many of them; all others tried to push whatever unit have available by their suppliers but I stick to my choice and Panda order whatever I wanted...I had Trane xl16i, I wanted the same unit and Panda ordered for me. Installation was a breeze; Mark is very thorough checking everything and he’s even asked me to comeback after a while to check on the system if it’s function at it’s peak.Highly recommended!
