Zach was awesome! We were notified via text and email letting us know that Zach was on his way. A few minutes later, we received a phone call from Zach to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, asked the correct questions, and then asked if he could take a look at the breaker box. Very polite and friendly! He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue with the 220v plug, then promptly replace it. He also explained what the probable cause was as well. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Definitely recommend Zach from Dilling Services!

Andy has consistently provided great service for the commercial HVAC units at our business. Along with being polite and on time for appointments, he is extremely thorough in his work. Griffin installed our Carrier heat pump 18+ years ago and maintained it 2x annually. They just installed the top of the line Carrier in our home. Every member of the team, from the general manager to the technicians, provided the best customer service of any contractor we ever worked with. Everyone took time to explain their processes and answer all of our questions. In addition to servicing an existing HVAC system, HC Solutions provided recommendations for a new system in the basement. Several options were discussed to meet the Manual J load calculations. The team took time explain the pros and cons of each solution and help us choose the right one for our needs. My only concern is that we can’t bottle them up and take them to our home in another state.
