I was without air conditioning for two days, I called One Hour Air conditioning and they were there at my home when they said they were going to be there I had to I have two dogs. I’m all alone and was getting very sick and did not know what to do to fix my air conditioning. Everybody was very nice and very helpful and we ended up having to put in a new air conditioning unit, they were very helpful with finding me financing so I could have the work done. They also did the work in a very timely manner that next day everything was done very pleased I would recommend air conditioning to anyone who needed help. After having a couple different quotes for a new furnace and oil tank installation, Ward heating and cooling offered the best prices and came out right away to take a look at the existing system. Lynn was a pleasure speaking with on the phone and Tom was very thorough and answered all my questions. After the job was complete, the basement was cleaner than it was before they arrived and all the debris was cleaned up and removed. They did an absolutely amazing job. I’m looking forward to working with them on all maintenance on the newly installed system and will be a continuous customer for any future projects. Tom has been our go to guy for annual service of our heating system for 3 or 4 years now. When we had a "water emergency"...hot water poring off our boiler...on a Sunday no less...he was there within a couple of hours to stop the damage and back on Monday to solve the problem. With his support staff's help he is also handling the warranty inquiry with hopes of getting us back the money we are owed due to what was quite possibly faulty equipment. Responsive, fast, helpful & professional. 5 stars for sure!
