I was so impressed with Right The Frist Time. We live in a townhome complex and the owner was converting the cooling from swamp coolers to A/C on three units. I knew it would be an extensive process and would take time. I expected to be overwhelmed and stressed while the work was being completed, but the crew did an amazing job! They were respectful of my home and my two cats, and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I wouldn't have even known they were here! Phil Lancaster has high expectations of the men who work for him and both Teague and Collin exceed those expectations. I had a fully operational A/C in under 48 hours and there was no clean up that I had to do! Teague took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter and then showed my fiance so I wouldn't have to. Best service ever. I called the office and the technician arrived 45 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable and got our A/C back up and cooling in less than 15 minutes. He fully explained what happened and WHY. We ended up purchasing a maintenance contract because of the awesome savings and will replace our 23yr old A/C unit next fall. I will never use another A/C company. I am retired and living on a limited income. Our Air conditioner just stopped working. My wife and I called a company out of the phone book... The repair man told us our unit was not worth fixing and if he fixed it, it would need over $1700.00 in parts and labor. Plus he said he would not guarantee the repairs. A friend suggested a second opinion and recommended DCM. Turned out it was only a blown fuse caused by two wires shorting together and the repair was under $100.00! This is a Service Company with Honesty and Integrity. The repair guy was honest and helpful. We will never call another A/C company.

Your company repaired my air conditioner when I was out of town. I thought your technician was going to find a thousand and one things wrong with my a/c. You proved me wrong. Brett called to tell me he found a capacitor to be bad. That's it. After I gave him my approval, he fixed it and called to tell me that he was all finished and that my a/c was working perfectly now.
