I’ve been using this firm since it was a one man operation. They have always went above and beyond for me and I feel they’re always honest. If Chuck and his guys tell me my unit needs this or this, I have complete and total confidence in what they’re saying. All star has serviced my home for over 15 years. Because of their work quality and their history, I will continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks guys for great service.

All-Star Heat & Air did a great job on replacing my furnace that was original from 1976! Chuck helped me speed up my home warranty replacement paperwork which was awesome. Colton came and diagnosed the problem. He also checked in with me several times. Chris and Austin did an excellent job with install getting everything up to code. They even went above and beyond to make sure everything was vented properly and finished out. I definitely would recommend this company!

I contacted All-Star after receiving a rather hefty estimate on my older AC system in my house. Chuck and his team were very quick to answer and managed to get to me in a reasonable time. It was in the midst of a heat wave and they were super busy. They diagnosed a completely different issue, at a much more reasonable price and had us back up and running. At all times they were up front and explained the issues and what they possible causes and solutions might be. Since that first time, I have used Chuck and All-Star for other issues and highly recommend them and their service.

Over the years, I’ve had many problems with my older system (yes it probably needs to be replaced). All-Star has always fixed me up in an extremely timely manner, much faster than expected. At a very fair price. If they can keep a system as old as mine going, they can fix just about any system. I recommend All/Star to everyone that I know. We moved to Amarillo this past year, and found a wonderful house that had been well maintained. This past week 100+ temperatures took their toll on our 9 year old A/C condenser, causing the the capacitor to give up the ghost, and some damage to the windings in the motor. We survived the night so I called PD Heating & Air (because their name was on the sticker on the unit) at 9:00 this morning, knowing full well that they were probably backed up with similar calls. The woman I spoke with on the phone took my information and confirmed that they were extremely busy, but she would try to get a technician out this afternoon or tomorrow morning at the latest. She informed me that he would call prior to coming to the house. Was I surprised when the phone rang about 11:15 and a young man named David asked if someone would be home and that he was in the neighborhood, probably 10 minutes away. I assured him that we were indeed home, and true to his word he arrived (with mask) in about 8 minutes. David quickly diagnosed the problem, and had a capacitor to get us back up and running. He checked the condenser and noted that the motor may have suffered some damage & would eventually need replacement maybe yet this year or next at most. I had him price it up, and he checked to make sure one was available so I had him replace it while we were here. Since he had the grill off the top to replace the motor, he cleaned the inside base & washed the fins as well (no charge.) David took the time to show me everything I could do to keep the unit running smoothly, as well as explained everything that he was doing during the repair. I have our permanent HVAC service folks now, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, efficient, friendly, punctual, and caring service.

Shout out to Upchurch Heating & Air. Chris Upchurch and his dad responded quickly to my call Tuesday morning when my heater went out. It was so cold in the house. They fixed my heater quickly just in time for the cold weather!
